The beauty dish reflector first bounces the lighting backward with the deflector plate, then fills it inside the dish, and finally casts a wide and even beam. It creates a focused, yet soft and even light that highlights the subject's facial features while minimising harsh shadows. Silver interiors enhance the light intensity and retain neutral colour rendition

For a narrower and more directional output, you can snap the honeycomb grid on the reflector to confine the light spill and create dramatic contrast and texture

For a soft and even output, you can cover the reflector with the soft light diffuser to broaden the light source and make your subject perfectly illuminated without any shadow
